From Scratch Restaurants Group, the team behind Michelin-starred Pasta|Bar, Sushi by Scratch Restaurants, Shokunin and NADC Burger, Frank and Margie’s brings a chef-driven take on the neighborhood Italian-American restaurant to Round Rock.

Built around thin-crust pizzas, handmade pastas, scratch mozzarella, seasonal salads, secondi and desserts from Executive Pastry Chef Margarita Kallas-Lee, it is relaxed, generous and unexpected too.

Frank and Margie’s is named for the two people behind it: Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee, the husband-and-wife chefs and owners behind Scratch Restaurants Group.

Known for Michelin-starred Pasta|Bar, Sushi by Scratch Restaurants, Shokunin, and NADC Burger, Scratch Restaurants Group has built its reputation on intimate, chef-driven restaurants rooted in precision, creativity, and a fully from-scratch approach. Frank and Margie’s brings that same point of view to a more relaxed neighborhood format in Round Rock.
